John Isaac has for over 26 years been successfully involved with business sales and acquisitions including; Valuing, marketing & then successfully negotiating business sales and acquisitions, preparing sale & purchase agreements, targeting potential acquisitions for business buyers, due diligence & acting as an expert witness in disputes over business valuation matters in court / mediations / arbitrations.

He minimises entry costs and ensures a business purchase is made on the most favourable terms possible from the buyer’s perspective (when mandated by buyers).

He maximises exit prices and ensures a business sale is made on the most favourable terms possible from the vendor’s perspective (when mandated by vendors).

Fees are based on the extent of his involvement and are set individually for each transaction.
